Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Benjamin Netanyahu visited the naval base in Haifa today, during which he heard reports of the arms activities from the commander of the IDF, Major General Eli Sharvit.
“Our missiles can go very far, against any enemy, including Iran’s branches in our region. We are constantly acting in accordance with our need to prevent Iran and its satellites from establishing themselves on our northern border and in our region at large. We are doing everything necessary,” said Netanyahu.
“In the course of my visits to the IDF in my capacity as defense minister, I am very impressed by the strength of the navy, the building of force and the use of force, the navy is a primary component of Israel’s defense and deterrent capability against the superior tasks we have in these two areas,” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s remarked, “Of all the things I’ve seen here, of course you can not show everything, but these missiles you see behind these missiles can go very far, against any enemy, including Iran’s affiliates in our region. On our northern border and in our area in general, we do everything necessary.”
