Israel’s High Court of Justice issued an injunction against the demolition of the home belonging to the Barkan terrorist, the court said Thursday.

The terrorist, Ashraf Walid Suleiman Na’alwa, 23, from the village of Shuweika near the West Bank Palestinian city of Tulkarm, shot to death Kim Levengrond-Yehezkel, 29, of Rosh Ha’ayin, and Ziv Hajbi, 35, from Rishon Lezion in early October.

The IDF announced Tuesday it was going to partially demolish the house.
